Theories about the Stranger Things grand finale keep on coming up. Everyone is curious about how they are to end everything that began on November 6, 1983, in the fictional town of Hawkins, giving birth to what we call the Upside Down. And now, The Abyss, as Dustin explained to everyone in Season 5.

Even after the series finale of "Stranger Things" this week, the Netflix show's world will expand with at least two upcoming spinoffs.

As Season 5 of Stranger Things comes to a close, fans are questioning who will make it through the last few episodes and who won't.

Stranger Things fans are flocking to a new petition demanding Netflix release the cut footage from Season 5 and fix the final episodes.

Honestly, that last bit of Sink’s story feels like a true gut punch of a moment. Of course, at that point, she’d still yet to actually film her final scenes as Max. Later on in the interview, the Fear Street star recalled that “last day,” and she explained why that occasion was “weird” more than anything else:

Stranger Things fans are waiting in suspense until New Year’s Eve, when the final episode of the hit Netflix series will be released, bringing an end to the story of the unlikely heroes of Hawkins, Indiana. In a virtual roundtable Polygon attended, series star Noah Schnapp said he was just as anxious to read the final script.

Sitting down and looking at his best friend Mike (played by Finn Wolfhard), mom Joyce (Winona Ryder), brother Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) and more, Will is his most vulnerable self. After making it clear that he is gay, his friends and family proudly support him and tell him they will always be by his side.

"It's scary. There's so many good details from the set that they put in here," Cara Buono, who plays Karen Wheeler in Stranger Things, said on the red carpet. "They've done a really good job of recreating the sets here."
